If you're flying into Vietnam in 2025, the single biggest pain point at the airport isn't visas — it's the immigration queue. At Tan Son Nhat (SGN) during peak hours, lines routinely stretch past 90 minutes. At Noi Bai (HAN), 60 minutes is the new normal between 6am and 10am.
Why the queue is getting worse
