1. About us
Vietnam Fast Pass ("we", "us", "our") is a licensed VIP fast-track and ground transport service operating at Noi Bai (HAN), Tan Son Nhat (SGN), and Da Nang (DAD) international airports under the regulatory framework of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam.
2. Services provided
Subject to airport partner availability we provide:
- Personal greeter at the airbridge or arrival gate.
- Escort through the dedicated VIP/CIP immigration channel.
- Luggage assistance and porter service.
- Private air-conditioned car transfer to your hotel within the airport's serviced city zone.
- Optional Mercedes E-Class chauffeured transfer.
- Optional return airport transfer at a discounted bundled rate.
3. Bookings & payment
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received in full via our integrated payment provider.
- Prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include all applicable taxes and service charges.
- You are responsible for providing accurate flight details (number, date, arrival time, terminal) at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where flight or passenger information is materially incorrect or where capacity at a particular airport is exhausted.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. In short: 100% refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled arrival.
5. Customer obligations
- You must hold a valid passport and any visa or e-visa required for entry to Vietnam.
- You must comply with all instructions from our greeter and from Vietnamese immigration and customs officers.
- You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs to a degree that would impair safe transport.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the service.
6. Liability
Our liability for any direct loss arising from our service is limited to the price paid for the booking. We are not liable for missed connections, denied immigration entry, lost baggage handled by the airline, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
We carry valid commercial passenger transport insurance for all vehicle transfers as required by Vietnamese law.
7. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to airport closures, severe weather, civil unrest, government action, public health emergencies, or strikes. In such cases we will offer rebooking or a full refund at our discretion.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell customer data to third parties.
9. Intellectual property
All content on vietnamfastpass.com — including the brand name, logo, photography, blog articles, and booking system — is the property of Vietnam Fast Pass and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Hanoi.
